What is APEX Wheel Cleaner?
APEX Wheel Cleaner is an acid-free, iron-removing wheel cleaner that dissolves baked-on brake dust and bleeds red as it works. The color change is your cue: spray it on, watch it turn red as it reacts with the metallic brake dust, then agitate and rinse.
It is pH-balanced, non-caustic, and acid-free, so it's safe on painted, powder-coated, chrome, steel, alloy, and coated or uncoated aluminum — even your brake calipers. The high-viscosity formula clings to vertical surfaces so it can dwell and break down grime in the most intricate wheel designs.

Why it works

How to use
1. Work on cool wheels, one wheel at a time.
2. Spray on and let it cling and react — it bleeds red on the brake dust.
3. Agitate with a wheel brush to loosen baked-on grime.
4. Rinse thoroughly before it dries. Never let it dry on the wheel.
Pro tips for best results
Cool wheels only. Never apply to a hot wheel straight off a drive — let them cool first.
One wheel at a time. So the product never dries before you can agitate and rinse.
Don't let it dry. Keep the surface wet with product and rinse thoroughly — drying can leave residue.
Test first. On a first use, spot-test an inconspicuous area to confirm compatibility with your finish.

Just tested out this product and I’ve gotta say it’s one of the best quick retailers I have used. I do mobile detailing so I use detailing products constantly. I’ve tried quick retailers from Mcguire’s, chemical guys, and a few other brands and honestly this one is a lot better. 10 out of 10 recommend
I have used many quick detail products that do a great job but after using Apex quick detail on my Camaro I could not believe how easy it goes on and wipes right off with zero residue.
